Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the phphone Platform. 4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phphone login credentials, including your username, password, withdrawal PIN, and any two-factor authentication details. phphone will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted via your Account is presumed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact phphone support immediately.
4.3 Account Ownership and Transfer
Your phphone Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Funds held in your Account may not be transferred to another user's Account within the phphone Platform.

5.2 Verification Process

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phphone Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
- Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
- Opening or operating more than one Account on phphone, including accounts registered under a different name or identity.

10.1 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure, phphone will process any verified withdrawable balance owed to the User (i.e. real-money balance net of any uncleared bonus funds) subject to the completion of all required compliance checks. - Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
